Hi, I’m Jarrod Walker.

I’m an architecture graduate with a strong background in residential and commercial construction, and I specialise in creating clear, realistic 3D visuals that help builders and homeowners see a project before it’s built.

Before moving into architectural visualisation, I spent over a decade working across the construction industry, starting on the tools as a plumber and gas fitter, and later moving into estimating, design, and project coordination roles. That hands-on experience means I understand how drawings translate to real-world construction, and what details matter most during planning and client presentations.

Through Voxhaus, I create high-quality renders and walkthrough videos using SketchUp and Enscape, tailored specifically for residential builds and renovations. These visuals are designed to support client decision-making, reduce uncertainty, and help builders clearly communicate their ideas, whether for approvals, selections, or marketing.

My goal is simple: to provide visuals that are accurate, easy to understand, and genuinely useful throughout the building process.

My Approach

Every project starts with understanding how the space will actually be built and used. My approach to 3D visualisation is grounded in practical construction knowledge, clear communication, and attention to detail.

I work from plans, sketches, or concepts and develop accurate SketchUp models that reflect real-world dimensions, materials, and construction logic. Using Enscape, I then bring the design to life through realistic lighting, textures, and perspective—allowing clients to clearly understand the space before construction begins.

Throughout the process, I keep things simple and collaborative. Feedback is welcomed early, changes are easy to make, and the focus is always on creating visuals that support confident decisions, smoother builds, and strong marketing outcomes.
